Understanding the form and function of a home isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am. Prior to becoming an inspector, I worked in the construction industry in the Puget Sound for over 25 years, including 10 years as a general contractor.
My experience includes everything from foundations to roofing, decks to full remodels—both in the residential and commercial markets. So you can be sure I walk into every home with those skills behind me.
Of course, being a proficient home inspector goes beyond a thorough understanding of construction. It involves a detailed knowledge of home safety, defects and compliance, along with the ability to communicate those findings in a logical way. This is a responsibility I take seriously.
My qualifications include vigorous training and national/state testing, and continuing education to make sure I’m up-to-date with the latest standards.
Your unbiased partner
My goal is to empower you by providing the details you need to make a confident decision. I work for you and only you, so your interests are my only concern.
As a homeowner myself, I can sympathize with the anxiety that accompanies a home purchase. I keep those feelings in mind with every individual and family I work with. I’m a people person as much as an inspection professional, so I welcome your questions through every step of the process. I look forward to partnering with you during this exciting time.
